Interprofessional collaboration and practice is increasingly common worldwide.  How psychologically ready are pharmacists (and other health care professionals) to actually collaborate and be interdependent upon each other?  This presentation will review emerging literature in the psychology of collaboration as it applies to health care teams and focus on what pharmacists need to do to become more effective team players.
