The Gala Dinner dress code is “cocktail” – you can add something floral to complement the
theme.
LLLP App
You need to download the Eventium App in your play/app store, and enter the code: LLLP2018.
We will not have any printed booklets, and this contains all the abstracts and conference information. We will also use this for polling within some sessions.
Please download this prior to arriving in Brisbane so that you can organise your program, familiarise yourself on any general information and prepared to learn!
Registration Desk
The registration desk for pre-conference workshop registrants will be open at QUT from 8.30am on Friday 6 July.
For all other delegates, the Registration Desk will be open at Rydges Hotel, podium floor (Level 3) from 6pm Friday 6 July, and each morning from 8am.
Lanyards
Please wear your lanyard to all conference sessions and events. These will be your ticket into the daytime sessions and the Welcome Reception (Friday night)
Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner is on the Rooftop (Level 6) of Rydges on Sunday night. Tickets must have been pre-purchased, and you must produce this ticket to enter the dinner. There are no additional tickets available for this; if you have a ticket and are no longer attending, please talk to our folks on the Reception Desk.
We will have a board with seating allocation for the Gala Dinner sitting at the registration desk at Rydges Hotel if you want to sit with your friends/colleagues. Please come and fill in your name if you are coming to the dinner, or otherwise you can take pot-luck and meet new friends on the night.
Student Volunteers
Our student volunteers are pharmacy students from Universities across Australia. They are in distinctive white tee-shirts, and are there to help you. Please chat to them – they are keen to meet pharmacists from around the globe!
